Explain quasi-static isothermal expansion
A method is reversible only if it is quasi-static and non dissipative.
E.g. A quasi-static isothermal expansion of an ideal gas in a cylinder fitted with a frictionless movable piston is reversible process.
If two lines of dissimilar metals are connected at their ends so as to form two junctions, then the resulting arrangement is known as a "Thermo couple".
