Please give a detailed explanation for the answer for the following scenario: You are a division manager of a manufacturing facility that produces waste? Water that must be treated for pollutants, particulates and PH balance before being put into the municipal sewer line. You realized there is a problem with your acid injection system and even though the water is filtered it does not exactly match the PH requirements of the city. It will take 2? 3 days for the parts to arrive and repairs made. Tomorrow is a Friday holiday and you know the city will not check before next week. What do you do? PS. Your bonus depends on meeting cost projections and you are right on the line. Shutting down or notifying the city could result in you personally losing several thousand dollars. What do you do? Please give a detailed explanation.
