You're going to have to stretch your imagination for this question:. Assume you're involved in a panel interview team. Identify one strength and one weakness in this interview approach as it relates to either recognizing diversity or introducing potential discriminatory practices. Make sure you support your choices. Remember, you are not using the example in the activity book as a case study to analyze. I'm interested in the general concept of panel interviewing and its strengths and weaknesses.
