Explain Non-surgical Endodontic Retreatment - Missed Canal

Missed root canal as it hold pulp tissues and bacteria is major cause of endodontic failure.
Mandibular molar with three mesial root canal.
Mandibular molar with extra distal canal

In tooth morphology we took that in some cases upper 1stmolar have 6 canals ( 2 in mesial ,3 in palatal and 1 in distobuccal )
The majority of extra-canal in the maxillary 1^st and 2^nd molar are in the mesioobuccal , but it can be found in the palatal or distal.
Madidular molar have defiantly 2 mesial canal and in the distal it may have 1 or 2 canals..there is extra- canal that we call it middle middle (MM) between the 2 mesial canal N Paramolaris in distobuccal
Intromolaris in meisopalatal
