Explain how a centralized SPC organization works under load sharing operation.
Under load sharing operation, an incoming call is allocated randomly or in a predetermined sequence to one of the processors that, after this handles the call right by completion. Therefore both the processors are active at the same time and share the load and the resources dynamically.
