Important to observe that IHL prohibitions
It is important to observe that IHL prohibitions should be identified and followed as their violations/breach may be considered as terrorism. In the event of a violation, the procedure to redress or rectify such breach with regards to IHL is dealt by a permanent court, International Criminal Court (ICC). A conflict between IHL and terrorism also arises regarding Non- International Armed Conflict (NIAC) e.g. the Kashmir situation.
