Explain Identifying features of Rhizopus?

Macroscopically Rhizopus appears as a white cottony mass (look at rhizopus growth on media above) growing rapidly and spread over entire plate during vegetative phase. Later black pinhead like structures formed in reproductive phase giving blackish appearance. Therefore, Rhizopus is also called black mould.
