Explain disadvantages of Division of Labour.

(i) Division of labour provide rise to loss of craftsmanship, all workers become Machine -minders and nothing else.

(ii) Along with the passage of time, similar job becomes dull and monotonous.

(iii) Workers do not stay all-rounders and one can't work in place of other when he is absent.
