Q. Explain Different Phases of spiral model?
1) Planning: In this phase the objectives alternatives as well as constraints of the project are determined or documented. The objectives as well as other specifications are fixed so as to decide which strategies or approaches to track during the project life cycle.
2) Risk analysis: In this phase every possible and available alternatives which are able to help in developing a cost effectual project are analyzed and strategies are decided to use them. This phase has been further particularly in order to identify as well as resolve all the possible risk in the project development.
3) Development: In this phase the authentic development of the project is carried out. The productivity of this phase is passed by all the phases iteratively in order to acquire improvements in the same.
4) Assessment: In this phase developed product is passing on to the customer in order to obtain customer comments as well as suggestions which can help in identifying as well as resolving potential problems or errors in the software development.
