Write short note on dielectric constant.

All insulation material has the capacity to store charge while placed in among two conducting plates as in capacitors. Dielectric constant or Relative permittivity, this is the ratio of the capacitance of a capacitor with a given dielectric material placed among the plates, to the capacitance of similar capacitor with free space that is air between the plates.
