Explain the Causation, Remoteness and Contributory Negligence in short.

Causation: When the accident was going to occur anyway then causation is not proved, which is a third party has not bust “chain of causation”.

Remoteness: If there is a chain of events too complicated to foresee in that case the negligence is more remote.

Contributory negligence: When the claimant has made some contribution to the negligence in that case the court will apportion blame and damages suitably.
