Explain about the duration of exercise for diabetics patient
After selecting an exercise, it is very important to know the vigorous nature, duration and timings of the exercise programme. Normally, diabetic patients are recommended a 30 minutes exercise schedule everyday atleast for 5 days per week. Generally, three important steps are to be followed during an exercise schedule:
1) First, start with 5 minute warm-up.
2) Then 20 minutes of exercise.
3) Finally the last 5 minutes cool down by reducing the pace of exercise.
