Explain about the Cardiovascular and Circulatory System?

Aging affects the cardiac muscle causing a diminished resting cardiac output. The capacity of myocardium for cellular repair is also reduced with aging. With aging, there is stiffening of the blood vessels, causing rise in systolic blood pressure. The integrity of the blood vessels is also altered.
