For: Community website built using Google Maps API and CakePHP

High Level Requirements: I'm looking to add Events Calendar to a website mentioned above, which will give end users with a view of upcoming local events with ability to filter based on location/month/ day /etc. Events will be managed by admin with ability to manage and view submitted (by end users) events. Admin will be able to input events as well.

Detail requirements will be given prior to execution.
