Eurobond

A corporate bond denominated in U.S. dollars or other hard currencies and sold to investors outside the country whose currency is used. Eurobonds have become an important origin of debt capital for both huge and small organizations by the world. Normally, a Eurobond is syndicated by a consortium of international investment banks, giving large exposure to investors in several countries.
