Q. Estimation of Working Capital?

A firm must estimate in advance as to how much net working capital will be required for the smooth operations of the business. Only then, it can bifurcate this requirement into permanent working capital and temporary working capital. This bifurcation will help in deciding the financing pattern Le. how much working capital should be financed from long term sources and how much be financed from short term sources.
