on the aftermath of the cold war, the united nations security council (UNSC) increasingly identified non-military threats, including gross and systematic violations of human rights and obstructions in the delivery of humanitarian assistance, as constituting threats to international peace and security. Analyze this development during the first decade of the post-cold war era (1990-2000) and assess its impact on the protection of international human rights.

Length of paper: 10 pages (+ bibliography), including footnotes, Chicago manual (all paper), 12 font

Sources: at least 10 sources which must come from books and scholarly journals, internet sources no count, unless they are scholarly articles or books chapters. Citing treaties, declaration, resolutions and related documents do not count here but are need it to support the paper.
