Based on your understanding of Unit 2, compile a set of five usability and/or user experience goals which you think will be useful in evaluating the two sites when gathering the information identified in Question Part (b).

The usability goals must be drawn from the six listed in Block 1, Unit 2, Review Question 1 - effectiveness, efficiency, safety, utility, learnability and memorability. The user experience goals must be drawn from the ten listed in Block 1, Unit 2, Review Question 2 - satisfying, enjoyable, fun, entertaining, helpful, motivating, aesthetically pleasing, supportive of creativity, rewarding and emotionally fulfilling.

Define each of the five goals you choose in your own words.

Write a short paragraph for each of these five goals justifying why it is of particular importance to these websites. Each justification must take into account the purpose of the websites, the users (Stephen and Sophie), and the types of information they are trying to gather as identified in Question.
