This project is aimed at developing a web-based and central recruitment Process system. this web site is for Fresher candidates who graduated. Some features of this system will be creating vacancies, storing application data, and Interview process initiation, Scheduling interviews, storing Interview results for the applicant and finally Hiring of the applicant. Reports will be required to be generated for the use of the company group.

This project will provide the employers with low budget cost effective resume search and job posting options for the companies to best fit their job requirements. Hiring and Firing of the candidates are not in the scope of this project.

This project objective 'E-Recruitment System ' is an online website for fresher graduate  in which jobseekers can register themselves and then attend aptitudes test and Web Conference (audio and video conferencing) this will help both the jobseeker and employer to meet through web conference and follow the process of interview. Also using chat or instant Message and online mobile service andanalysis social media and link like (Facebook and Twitter...etc).based on the outcome of the interviews for the jobseekers will be short listed. For fresher, the exam will be conducted at some venue after short listing of the preliminary Aptitude Test. The details of the examination, venue & Date of the examination will be made available to them through the website.
