Due Diligent:
There are many literatures on sand blasting and manufacturing processes. Historically, sand blasting had been used for many tasks before. It was pretty famous and commonly use in surface finishing or surface paint removing purpose.
Technologies today allow us to copy knowledge and modified it to suit our own very use. In this project we can learn that an existing process or production manufacturing flow may not be always perfect. It is also proven that these processes may not guarantee 100% commitment toward quality requirement. There are many rooms to be improving, such as this brushing process to be eliminated and replace with famous sand blasting process. Certainly there are many other ways to remove burrs other than sand blasting. But due to it was commonly use and it bring more friendly toward user.
Every technology needs to be maintained and kept on upgrade to meet up the modernity of today's technologies. For example today market machines are all equipped with LCD monitor touch screen. The research is now more on automation and one touch solution.
