Domestic Agency of Necessity

However a married woman that has been actually or constructively deserted through her husband has authority on common law to take necessities at credit for her personal utilized since her husband's agent.  Then husband will have for pay to the goods as whether he had expressly told such her to take them at credit. 

Although she also has authority in equity for borrow money such the purchase of necessaries.  Since her husband will be ordered for pay the loan.  Nonetheless, she can only take compulsories on credit or borrow money to such purpose whether she does not have adequate way of her own as do.
