Immediacy: Customers can touch and also feel and maintain the merchandise. Value: The thing at the center of the commerce transaction as the product, property or service which is to be sold/bought.
Discourse: Customers can converse along with the merchant face-to-face; unmediated conversation is fundamental to human communication. People desire the feedback available through non-verbal behavior that forms a huge part of our judgment process.
Community: Customers can interact along with other customers and gain feedback regarding the merchant through other customers, and also by observing the merchant interacting along with other customers.
Privacy: Into E-Commerce customers can create purchases anonymously along cash; they generally don't have to give their address or name. It is not possible into traditional commerce.
