Multicast and Broadcast

In broadcast interconnection network at an individual time one node sends the data and all other nodes obtain that data.   Broadcast can be termed as one to all mapping.  It's the implementation attained by SIMD computer systems.  Message passing multi-computers too have broadcast networks. In multicast network numerous nodes are concurrently allowed to send the data and many nodes receive the data.
