What is the difference between the concepts of karyotype and genome?

Genome is the set of DNA molecules that characterizes each living being or every species. The concept then contains the specific nucleotide sequence of the DNA molecules of every individual or species. Karyotype is the set of chromosomes of individuals of a given individual or species concerning morphology and number of every chromosome or pair of homologous.
