What is the difference between Leave Transaction and Call Transaction?

In contrast to LEAVE TO TRANSACTION, the CALL TRANSACTION  statement causes the system to start a new SAP LUW.  This second SAP LUW runs parallel to the SAP LUW for the calling transaction.
