HTML/CSS/PHP/Database/Java are all essential

c) Produce a solid, detailed technical design

d) Write clean, modular, robust code to implement the desired requirements

e) Contribute ideas for making the application better and easier to use

Desired Skills are CSS, HTML, JavaScript, PHP and jQuery
