a) website design

b) gaming app design

c) database design

will want the individual to be able to understand instructions as well as be able to provide tips for improvement etc. Will be updating requirements as website is designed thus will need to continuously make changes as requirements change.
HTML/CSS/PHP/Database/Java are all essential

b) Perform a technical analysis of requirements

c) Produce a solid, detailed technical design

d) Write clean, modular, robust code to implement the desired requirements

e) Contribute ideas for making the application better and easier to use

Desired Skills are CSS, HTML, JavaScript, PHP and jQuery
