Among the items that are related to the implementation of an application for automation of processes, are shown as follows:

a) The online patient registry through which patients will request an appointment schedule for your pet and this will eventually be accepted by the availability schedules that are taken.

b) Follow-up appointments in a medical record, so that in this when a patient returns already have ready your medical records to expedite the process or treatment that the patient needs.

Prepare Appointment Management system through a web portal, using simple web programming language, simply accessible for users and administrators, and an optimal visual environment for the user.

Prepare an orderly, organized and structured, through the use of databases, to modify, create and delete records from users who wish to use the veterinary services.

Prepare an intranet connection to the management of veterinary information, to enter, through managers, modify and / or eliminate the services data.

In the web platform is designed in a form which the customer has to fill with vital and important information in order to prepare the password and username from your profile.

The project will show a web platform for the customer to access through your username and password to a profile in which you will make appointments, view your medical history, reschedule appointments and cancel appointments for your pet.

The project will make sure the logical order of the pets that a customer may have (if you have more than one pet registered), in order to avoid redundancy in information.

Customer will shop online via pay pal link for the moment.

What data into the system and what is its origin?

The data given below were separated according to the process which they belong.

Provide the customer with a user name, password and the ability to recover in case of loss.

The client will register an unlimited number of pets (no limit).

Customer can make scheduling the appointment for your pet from the web platform.

The veterinary services presented will be present at the time of the conclusion of the appointment, if the service request is hosting it will give an electronic calendar in which placed the start date and end date for the service.

The operator count on a friendly platform to perform the maintenance that apply, as the exit adn entrance of the pet as well as logging in information related to a query has been performed.

The system will give user access levels showing only the attributes that correspond to each user.

The system will give levels of security for data backup, not allowing injections in the base data.

The system may provide management reports that were requested by the client, with the requested information, such as: total citations, recently registered customers, and inactivity of any of the customers.

The system will give full control of the records in a logical way so that the information is present in an immediate and clear using crystal reports to current summary of sales and information.

Developer wants to make triggers, constrains, etc in the SQL data base and provide them as well.
