Develop network database ipad app, Database Management System

Assignment Help:

I want an iPad app that is a simple 1 page form to complete with text. The Objective is to allow a few dozen people of the same organization (they're all on iPad) to open the app, fill in the form, submit it and forget about it. On the other side, 1 administrator has to be able to see all the forms entered, well sorted by date and by WHO submitted it (we need to stay track of users in some way).

Important, this administrator doesn't have to be on iPad - so the iPad App would send the data to a standard server database, and the administrator panel would be a simple web page. Or on other way to go - probably best - is to have an "administrator" account on the app, which holds all the forms of each user. The iPad users have to be able to see their past forms submitted; so a login/password is possibly the way to go for the App.

Skills required are Database Administration, Objective C, iPad
