Develop Nesting software with unit costing for gasket manufacturing

Our current gasket costing software is old and antiquated and has limited use internally due to the original 16-bit program made back in the 70's. I'm looking to see if someone will write a new piece of software for our gasket costing/estimation needs which would take into account multiple standard gasket shapes, use a nesting algorithm to fit as many of those shapes into a predefined sheet size (or continuous roll depending on material), have an choice for including a percentage "credit" for centers which do not get used, and then prepare a cost for each gasket based on material used and yield. I need something that would be central on our system and that will be accessed by several users as required on a daily basis for quoting our customers. The central database could contain the material sheet sizes and costs in order to make sure data are up to date and consistent. Windows based is all that is needed. The programming language/platform is not of concern as long as the user interface is simple.
