I am seeking a reliable programmer to do the following task.

I want a CMS management system to remotely monitor the Android platform on the network the CMS to be deployed in the windows based server use MySQL database and Apache web server; it should be able to do the subsequent

1. Monitor each the android device connected to the network

2. Get the status of the android device

3. Able to reboot the device remotely by the click of a button from the backend

4. The backend should show red indication for devices which are off and green indication for the boxes which are on and connected to the server

5. Prepare a failure report designated email in case of any failed device

6. Prepare the reports for all the devices based on days/week/month

7. Remotely reboot single/group/all android devices in the network

8. Log all the reports to the database

9. Remotely update the firmware of single/all/ group the android devices
