I am seeking someone to prepare a small Android app for a promotional offer. It must be designed for use on an Android tablet.
Fundamentally, a user will spin a wheel in order to redeem a prize. You may refer to these examples:
Detailed instructions will be given to the accepted bidder. I want the source codes and a very quick turnaround, preferably in 2 days or less.
Please note that there must be a configurable timer which will restrict the spinning wheel function for 0, 12 or 24 hrs.
