For the project network shown, the late start time (day) for activity "Q" is most nearly:

Solution:  List the paths leading to "Q" and calculate the duration for each.

 L M      = 4 + 7 = 11-days 

L N P     = 4 + 3 + 3 = 10-days  

Q's early start time is 10-days

Q's late start time is 11-days
