Determine the amount of Amino acids in Urine

Normal urine contains only small amount of certain amino acids, for example, glycine and glutamine. Abnormal amounts and types of amino acids are found in liver failure and in a number of congenital disease i.e., a disease or disorder that is inherited genetically.
