Determine about the Intranet server

The success or usage of the Intranet server is measured by the number of operations it handles per Unit time. The selection of a good server depends on how many connections per hour it is expected to handle.

While most of the parameters are too general, the most important checkpoints for selection of a server would be the type and speed of processor, its memory capacity (both primary and secondary), number of connections it can handle easily, etc.
