Describe the techniques of work breakdown structure (WBS)

A Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) is a hierarchical way of organising the project work to be completed into manageable units referred to as work packages. It is a method used in project management to separate a project into packages of work which have explained deliverables and responsibilities. The work packages can then be used to construct a comprehensive list of activities, set out into a logical series of project events
