Describe the Features common in ventricular outflow obstruction ?

An ejection systolic murmur (ESM) due turbulent flow of blood through the obstruction. Hypertrophy of the chamber proximal to obstruction due to pressure overload resulting in concentric hypertrophy without cardiomegaly. Post stenotic dilatation as seen in chest X-ray.
