d) Suggest some of preventive measures that can be taken to reduce the transmission of those diseases.

As a public health officer, you have been asked to describe the health and the determinants of health for residents suffering from Diabetes Mellitus and obesity in your country.

a) Describe the factors that determine the health of the residents.

b) Describe some of the causes of Obesity.

c) State briefly how you can prevent diabetes mellitus and obesity.
