Describe about Helium-Neon Laser in short.

Helium-Neon Laser:

The first gas laser termed as Helium-Neon (He-Ne) laser (one of the illustrations for four level lasers) was constructed into 1961 year. The most general and inexpensive type of gas laser is generally constructed to operate into the red at 632.8 nm. Into this laser, the active medium is a mixture of He and Ne gas.
