To do this you require computing the number of hours needed for every option. You also should check Nikki's calculations for EOQ.  When you have calculated the hours and checked the calculations for EOQ you require submitting a memo to your manager outlining your findings. Submit this memo along with a single page Excel spreadsheet that shows your calculations for Mike and Nikki's hours in addition to Nikki's EOQ calculations.
