Unsaturated fatty acids
Unsaturated fatty acids are liquid at room temperature and are characterized by having one or more double bonds. Fatty acids having two or more double bonds are called poly unsaturated fatty acid (PUFA) while those with a single double bond are called as mono unsaturated fatty acids (MUFA).
