Subordinate legislation:
• Regulations: It directly applicable and self-executing, no require for member state to create own legislation (for example CAP or transport).
• Directives: This is not directly applicable and should be incorporated within national law in a specific time period. (For example company law directives).
• Decisions: This directly self-executing and applicable, addressed to state, institution or person. This is requirements that should follow by the recipient, not like regulations that all have to follow.
