Define the Prototyping Model
In this model, a working model of actual software is developed originally. Prototype is just like a sample software having low reliability and lesser functional capabilities and it doesn't undergo through the rigorous testing phase. Developing a working prototype in first phase overcomes the drawback of the waterfall model where reporting about serious errors is possible only after completion of software development.
Working prototype is given to customer for operation. Customer, afterits use, gives feedback. Analysing the feedback given bythe customer, developer refines, adds requirements and prepares final specification document. Once prototype becomes operational, actual product is developed using normal waterfall model.
Bottom up design: This design leads to a style of design where we decide how to join these modules to give larger ones; to combine those to give even larger ones, and so on, till
Q. For the flow graph showed in figure compute McCabe's Cyclomatic Complexity. Ans: In this flow graph Number of regions are 5 hence the Cyclomatic complexity is = 5

What does Modularity concept mean? Software architecture embodies modularity; i.e. Software is named in to addressable components called modules, which are integrated finally.
What is regression testing? Regression testing is the re-execution of some subject texts that have already been conducted to make sure that changes have not propagated unintend
What is architectural evolution? Architectural evolution is the practice of modifying a system from a centralized architecture to a distributed architecture like client server.
