Define the Carbohydrate Utilization Pattern Test?
Carbohydrates are composed of carbon, hydrogen and oxygen. These organic molecules are catabolized by large number of microorganisms to obtain energy. However, organisms use carbohydrates differently depending upon their enzyme complement.
