Define the Architectural framework for electronic commerce.

An application independent framework to categorize service interaction relies onto four fundamental dimensions

a. Service topologies

b. Cooperation models,

c. Implementation techniques,

d. Quality of service.

Such all most existing implementations rely upon tier-based client-server architecture in spite of the actual demands of the underlying application there.

Service Topologies within a service-based architecture there occurrence dependencies in between services resulting through cooperation implementation techniques for illustration remote invocation in HTTP. An event-based cooperation can be implemented by using message passing or this can be based upon remote invocation mechanisms.

A cooperation model explains the way interdependencies are established through cooperative interactions. We know two fundamental roles services can play: providers and consumers.

Quality of Service: It is assessed onto the origin of customer’s satisfaction.
