What is the difference among pro forma financial statements and a cash budget?  Explain why pro forma financial statements are not employed to forecast cash needs.

Pro forma income statements deal along with revenues and expenses that are not all the time cash flows when cash budgets deal just with projected cash inflows and outflows.
