In the last unit, we focused on weight management. It is important to understand that the problems associated with too much deviation on either side from the appropriate range of body weight increases our risk of health problems. Obsession with slimming, especially in the adolescent age group may result in eating disorders like anorexia nervosa, bulimia nervosa and other eating disorders. What are these eating disorders?
