Define Mercantile Process Model from the Merchant’s perspective along with a suitable diagram.

This model consists of three activities into the purchase consummation phase: Authorization of payment, Receipt of product and Placement of order.

The interaction for these activities is finished into three phases. And they are listed as given below:

(i) Prepurchase Interaction

(ii) Purchase Consummation and

(iii) Post purchase Interaction
