Q. Define Left Posterior Hemiblock?

Bobbna and associated reported four cases in which they proposed that the left posterior hemi block was initiated by exercise. In their patients the axis shifted inferiorly and to the right from 0 to approximately 110 degree. ST-segment depression developed in V4 and V5 position so that the recognition of ischaemic changes was similar to that for the patient with a normal axis.
