FTP
FTP (File Transfer Protocol) is the protocol used on the Internet for sending files and is usually used for uploading / downloading files (web pages) to and from servers. To start an FTP session, you run the FTP client software and request the FTP server that you require to download files from. You can get FTP client software from the Internet.
