EDM Machine under varying Cutting Condition

a) All the experiments have been conducted on a Z numerically controlled (NC) oil die- sinking EDM Machine.

b) The EDM Machine is of Samurai industries. In this machine, the Z axis is servo controlled and can be programmed to follow an NC code which is fed through the control panel.

c) The servo control feedback is relies on the gap voltage between the tool and the work piece electrodes.
